Purpose
These terms and conditions define the conditions applicable to bookings made with Les Chambres de mon Moulin, a guest house located at 151 chemin du vieux moulin, 06580 Pégomas, France.
Booking
The booking becomes firm after acceptance by Les Chambres de mon Moulin and, where applicable, after receipt of the requested deposit. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The booking request must specify the dates of stay, the number of guests, the type of accommodation requested and the customer's contact details.
Prices
Prices are stated in euros. They apply to the booked accommodation service according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, tourist tax, additional services or optional extras may be charged separately.
Les Chambres de mon Moulin reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to the customer is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment
A deposit may be requested to confirm the booking. The balance is payable on site, no later than departure, using the payment methods accepted by the establishment.
Any additional services used during the stay must be paid for before departure.
Cancellation or change by the customer
Any cancellation or change must be requested in writing, by email or by any other means allowing a written record to be kept.
In the event of late cancellation, shortened stay or no-show, sums already paid may be retained in whole or in part, depending on the loss incurred and the specific conditions communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the establishment
In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure preventing the customer from being accommodated in proper conditions, Les Chambres de mon Moulin may cancel the booking. Any sums already paid will then be refunded, without any further compensation.
Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure times are specified at the time of booking. Customers are asked to inform the establishment in the event of late arrival or a change in schedule.
The accommodation must be vacated at the agreed time on the day of departure so that it can be prepared for the next guests.
Use of the premises
The customer undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and to use them for their intended purpose. The number of guests may not exceed the number stated at the time of booking, unless prior agreement has been obtained from the establishment.
Any damage caused to the premises, furniture or equipment may be charged to the responsible customer.
Pets
Pets are accepted only with the prior agreement of Les Chambres de mon Moulin. Customers must make this request before the booking is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Liability
Les Chambres de mon Moulin cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or damage of customers' personal belongings, unless fault by the establishment is proven.
The customer is responsible for their own behaviour and for the behaviour of the persons accompanying them throughout the stay.
Personal data
The information provided by the customer is used only to process the booking, manage the stay and handle necessary exchanges with the establishment. The customer may request access, correction or deletion of their data by writing to the establishment's contact address.
Complaints and mediation
In the event of a complaint, the customer is invited to contact Les Chambres de mon Moulin first in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code provisions on mediation, a consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge after sending a written complaint to the establishment and if no satisfactory response has been received.

Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution.
